Non Surgical Regenerative Medicine Treatment
Minneapolis Regenerative Medicine's utilizes minimally manipulated, DMSO- free, cryogenically preserved human birth tissue allografts derived from the umbilical cord. These structural tissues contain both extracellular matrix, such as elastin, Hylauronan, collagen fibers, and fibronectin, and naturally occurring tissue components such as growth factors, cytokines, and nanoparticles. These HCT/Ps are processed from bio-ethically donated human birth tissue from healthy, consenting mothers in the United States who have passed a comprehensive medical background check, blood screenings and had full term, live C-Section births.
Our products are processed in accordance with standards established by FDA and American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) to minimize potential risks of disease transmission to recipients. Infectious disease testing is performed at a certified laboratory in accordance with the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA) and 42 CFR part 493+. Our products only come from a lab that is AATB accredited and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) certified.

Why Did We Choose Human Umbilical Cord Tissue (H.U.C.T.)?
To start, the collection and application of embryonic cells is illegal in the United States and is not an option for any licensed provider of regenerative medicine.
Some clinics utilize autologous methods (from your own body) in their injection but this requires invasive surgery to harvest biomaterial from the patient’s bone marrow and later reintroduce those that to another part of the body. These biomaterials also tend to have aged with the rest of your body and are less potent than other sources.
Others use amniotic or placental methods harvested from the amniotic sac that contains a fetus during birth. However, this source includes a lot of organic debris making it less potent, increases the risk for an allergic reaction, and makes it difficult to verify the potency.
We utilize human umbilical cord tissue in our structural tissue matrix. This tissue comes from a healthy mother and baby who made a voluntary donation. Then the cord is harvested for a mucopolysaccharide structure that surrounds and protects umbilical cord blood vessels.
