Structural Tissue Matrix
Non Surgical Regenerative Medicine Treatment
Minneapolis Regenerative Medicine's utilizes minimally manipulated, DMSO- free, cryogenically preserved human birth tissue allografts derived from the umbilical cord. These structural tissues contain both extracellular matrix, such as elastin, Hylauronan, collagen fibers, and fibronectin, and naturally occurring tissue components such as growth factors, cytokines, and nanoparticles. These HCT/Ps are processed from bio-ethically donated human birth tissue from healthy, consenting mothers in the United States who have passed a comprehensive medical background check, blood screenings and had full term, live C-Section births.
Our products are processed in accordance with standards established by FDA and American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) to minimize potential risks of disease transmission to recipients. Infectious disease testing is performed at a certified laboratory in accordance with the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA) and 42 CFR part 493+. Our products only come from a lab that is AATB accredited and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) certified.
The Power of Structural Tissue
Upon completion, 20% of each batch is sent away for 3rd party testing to a laboratory solely focused on donor eligibility testing and microbiology testing for transplant products.
Derived naturally from umbilical cord tissue
Rich in cytokines, growth factors, high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, and natural nanoparticles
Proprietary process ensures structural integrity and potency
Minimally manipulated and DMSO free
Why Did We Choose Human Umbilical Cord Tissue (H.U.C.T.)?
To start, the collection and application of embryonic cells is illegal in the United States and is not an option for any licensed provider of regenerative medicine.
Some clinics utilize autologous methods (from your own body) in their injection but this requires invasive surgery to harvest biomaterial from the patient’s bone marrow and later reintroduce those that to another part of the body. These biomaterials also tend to have aged with the rest of your body and are less potent than other sources.
Others use amniotic or placental methods harvested from the amniotic sac that contains a fetus during birth. However, this source includes a lot of organic debris making it less potent, increases the risk for an allergic reaction, and makes it difficult to verify the potency.
We utilize human umbilical cord tissue in our structural tissue matrix. This tissue comes from a healthy mother and baby who made a voluntary donation. Then the cord is harvested for a mucopolysaccharide structure that surrounds and protects umbilical cord blood vessels.
Regenerative Therapy Potential Benefits
Acute injury, chronic pain, and age-related disease like arthritis can be debilitating and can completely alter a person's life. However, regenerative medicine has given us hope that there may be an ending or at least a reduction in the percentage of adults with chronic pain. Over recent years, we have made great leaps in our ability to use structural tissue in a variety of different ways, most notably, to help regenerate tissue.
There are a variety of benefits of regenerative medicine may be able to provide you :
Eliminate pain - Our structural tissue matrix can help identify a location of degenerated tissue and directs and instructs other natural materials to repair that tissue. Rather than managing acute/chronic pain, we can eliminate it at the source. This allows your cartilage to regenerate, reducing pain until it is virtually unnoticeable.
Faster healing process - Growth factors included in our structural tissue matrix as well as the minimally-invasive nature of the treatment can help make the healing process faster. Traumatic incisions from knee, hip, or shoulder replacement take weeks or months to heal and are painful for the majority of that time. Our regenerative medicine procedure takes about 10 minutes and only causes a slight amount of discomfort during the injection. You can even walk out of your appointment!
Increase body capability - Degenerated tissue can be replaced with healthy tissue both within and around the joint. This added strength from new tissue will allow your body to perform at a higher level.
Decrease the risk of future injuries - Added strength from regenerated tissue may also allow the body to withstand greater trauma. Stronger muscles and tendons provide more support for the rest of the body and added growth factors may allow the joint to continue to redevelop.
We encourage you to take the first step toward reclaiming your joint health and well-being. By booking a consultation with our experts at Minneapolis Regenerative Medicine, you can gain a deeper understanding of your specific structural tissue condition and explore how regenerative medicine can help you. Our team will guide you through the process, answering any questions or concerns you may have, and creating a personalized treatment plan designed to address your unique needs.
